Refund policy

We want everyone to love their Soel Dancewear, however we understand sometimes things happen. To be considered for return/exchange Soel items must be in NEW condition which means:

• Be in new/unworn condition same as when received.
• Have the Soel Dancewear tags attached.
• Be in the original packaging.
• Not be soiled, worn, damaged or laundered.
• Not a ‘final sale’ item.
• Sent back within the return window of 30 days from delivery.

Soel items are eligible for store credit, exchange or refund for up to 30 days from delivery date. Store credits will be sent via email gift card for the original amount paid when purchased, exchanges can be processed by you in our returns portal, refunds will be sent to your original payment method for the original purchase amount less a processing fee. 

Customers must wear undergarments when trying on Soel Dancewear. Due to health regulations items that are soiled, worn, damaged or have been laundered cannot be accepted. It is Soel Dancewear’s discretion to determine if returned items will be accepted.. If determined unacceptable Soel Dancewear will dispose of the items and cannot return them to the customer.

At Soel Dancewear, we reserve the right to reject returns processed and sent outside of the return time frames listed above and/or items which are not returned in NEW condition detailed above.

What is Redo?

When you opt in for Redo at checkout, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for an exchange or store credit for FREE.

If you decide not to buy Redo or if you prefer a refund, you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.

All returns are subject to the guidelines outlined in our Return Policy.

• International Customers, we are unable to provide return labels. Once you complete the return process you will receive our return address and you will be responsible for returning the items to Soel Dancewear.

Last Chance Items will be marked final sale and cannot be returned. Be sure to look for final sale notices on items when shopping.

Returns can take 5-7 business days to process once received.

Holiday Return/Exchange Policy

Items purchased between November 1, 2021 and December 31, 2021, may be returned through January 31, 2022. Please note that all other terms and conditions provided are still applicable with respect to such items purchased (including terms for FINAl SALE purchases). All purchases made after December 31, 2021 are subject to the Standard Return Policy.
